The Hair Bender – Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. No deposit = no appointment.

You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at my discretion.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.

Frequent no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings.

Hair must be clean, detangled, and blown out unless you booked an add-on for wash and prep. Unprepared hair will result in a prep fee or cancellation.

Please come to your appointment alone unless previously discussed. No children or extra guests allowed in the service area unless being serviced.

I accept Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo for deposits and final payments. Exact cash is also accepted in person.

Please confirm your desired style when booking or during consultation. Last-minute style changes may not be accommodated.
