Appointments & Booking
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. We’re an appointment-based shop to make sure each client gets our full attention. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but booking ahead is the best way to lock in your spot.
How do I book an appointment?
Book through our [Square booking page] or click “Book Now” on our website or socials. Choose your barber, select your service, and you’re good to go.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Of course. Just give us at least 2 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows are subject to a charge of at least 50% of the service total.
How do I book an appointment with the braider?
Our braiding services are unique and handled separately from barbering services. Styles, timing, and pricing vary depending on the look you’re going for. To view her availability and book directly, please visit the “Braiding” section on our booking page or ask in the shop for more info.

Services & Pricing
What services do you offer?
We provide everything from sharp fades and clean tapers to scissor cuts, beard work, braiding, twists, locs, and hot towel shaves. Full service list and prices are on our booking page.
Do you cut kids’ hair?
Yes — we offer services for children ages 3 and up. We just ask that your child is able to sit still and handle the haircut comfortably.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the service and your chosen barber. Check our online booking platform for the most up-to-date rates.

Do you offer refreshments?
Yes. We serve coffee, teas, and a mix of cold beverages to keep you comfortable while you wait or relax after your service.
Can I bring someone with me?
Sure — but please limit it to one guest per appointment. Seating is limited, and we want to maintain a chill, respectful environment for everyone.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless options like Apple Pay.
What if I’m running late?
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment may be shortened or canceled to avoid delays for other clients.
Can I request a specific barber?
Definitely. When you book, you can select the barber you vibe with. Not sure who to pick? Try someone new — our team brings the heat, no matter the chair.
Is tipping expected?
Tips aren’t expected, but they’re always appreciated. It’s a great way to show love for your barber’s craft.

¡Sí! Somos una barbería bilingüe. Several of our barbers speak Spanish, so feel free to book in the language you’re most comfortable with.
